Refund policy

HOW TO RETURN?

To request a return for exchange or refund please email us first at info@silkblvd.com.au with your order number and your reason for return. We will then provide an address for you to return your item to.

All items must have proof of purchase, be in the same condition as they were sent to you. They must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns will only be accepted if the below conditions are met:

  • ​produce must be unworn
  • unwashed
  • tags still attached
  • within 30 days of purchase

What is the restocking fee?

  • No restocking fee, Free Return

HOW WILL YOU BE REFUNDED?

Refunds are issued on the same account as the one you used to make the purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa Card, the amount will be refunded to the same Visa Card. If your order was placed using Silk Blvd Gift Card, or a store credit then, the refund amount will be put onto a new Silk Blvd Gift Card with a 6 month validity.

We do not at this time pay for shipping on returned items if you have simply changed your mind.

DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEMS

We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what we are packing before we send it. If however you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution.

When returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, Silk Blvd will arrange return postage on your behalf or refund postage costs upon presentation of receipt/s. This is subject to inspection by Silk Blvd prior to sending good back to us. Should you need further assistance regarding this process, please contact us by email on info@silkblvd.com.au. Shipping fees are refundable on faulty or damaged products only. We will refund up to $8.95 in delivery fees.
